Judgment-free Support for an Empowered Postpartum Experience
Empowered Postpartum was born from the belief that no new parent should face the challenging and beautiful adjustment into parenthood alone. We held our first support group in August 2019 and continue to offer donation-based and low-cost peer support groups weekly. We also connect new families to resources to help ease the transition into parenthood.
We are a unique community in that we serve all people regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, religious background, financial circumstance and parenting styles. In this time of COVID-19, we expanded our reach to provide virtual services to families in Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego counties, and will continue to welcome new families outside of Southern California.
