This online drop-in support group is ideal for birthing people in search of support as needed. Participants have the flexibility to come and go as they please.
Meetings are held via Zoom video conferencing. Upon registration, you will receive meeting details within 24 hours of registration.
We meet every week on Fridays from 10:00-11:15a PT.
Beginning in mid February 2022, this group will be moved to FRIDAY mornings from 10:00-11:15a PT. The first group with the new updated day will be Friday, February 11.
