Preparing for Postpartum, Online Support Group, monthly

Preparing for Postpartum: Mapping Out the First Two Weeks Support Group is ideal for pregnant people who are in search of connection with their peers and preparing for the first two critical weeks of their postpartum experience. This support group will be lead by Lia Tamary Baz, MSM, CPM and Christa Mantey, RDN, CLE unless otherwise noted.

Lia is a midwife, doula, childbirth educator, and pregnancy coach. She brings a mindful approach to pregnancy, helping families prepare for an empowered birth by aligning the physical-mind-emotion triad. Christa is a registered dietitian, certified holistic health coach, certified lactation educator, and a Gottman Educator, and she is committed to supporting new parents in normalizing all the emotions that come with a beautiful baby.

This drop-in support group will be held on the last Thursday of every odd month from 5:00-6:000pm PT.

Fill out the form to register to receive Zoom meeting details. A suggested donation of $3-10 is accepted, but not required via Venmo @empowered-postpartum.
