Support Groups

Empowered Postpartum support group facilitators are trained professionals in the fields of social support, public health, midwifery, chiropractic care and perinatal support services.

We provide accessible, low-cost and complimentary peer support to postpartum people, parents, moms and dads.

Adjusting to Parenthood Online Drop-In Support Group, weekly

This online drop-in support group is ideal for birthing people in search of peer support and connection. Participants have the flexibility to come and go as they please.

This group meets weekly:

  • Wednesday evenings 7:00-8:00p PT (beginning Feb. 3, 2021!)
  • Thursday mornings 10:00-11:30a PT

Complimentary service for all.

We welcome our monthly guest, Melissa Durham, LMFT, CYT-200 on connecting with breath, body and baby. Melissa is coming to our group on Thursday, January 21 at 10a PT.

More Than One, Online Support Group for Birthing People with 2+ Children, Monthly

This online drop-in support group is ideal for birthing people who wish to connect with peers who are navigating caring for two or more children. Participants have the flexibility to come and go as they please.

This group meets on the first Thursday of each month at 6p PT. Complimentary service for all.

NavigatingDADhood, Online Support Group for Dads, Monthly

This online drop-in support group is ideal for fathers who wish to connect with other dads. Participants have the flexibility to come and go as they please.

This group meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 5p PT. Complimentary service for all.

Movement Mondays, Online Yoga + Meditation for Birthing People, weekly

This online, LIVE movement offering is ideal for perinatal people who are in search of a gentle yoga practice to connect with the mind, body and baby. Variations of postures will be offered.

This offering occurs every Monday from 10:00-10:45a PT with Melissa Durham, LMFT, CYT-200.
