Support Groups

Empowered Postpartum Support Group facilitators are trained professionals in the fields of social support, public health, midwifery, chiropractic care and perinatal support services.

We provide accessible, low-cost and complimentary peer support to postpartum people, moms and dads.

Taking Care of Mama Online Support Group, 6-week series

This virtual support circle is ideal for people who are 0-12 weeks postpartum in search of nourishment, community and support during the transition into the new role as mother. Participants receive tools, a gift bag of essentials and more to ease into the fourth trimester.

The next series begins on Wednesday, October 14 at 10AM.

Adjusting to Motherhood Online Drop-In Support Group, weekly

This online drop-in support group is ideal for postpartum mamas in search of support as needed. Participants have the flexibility to come and go as they please.

This group meets every Thursday at 10AM. Complimentary service for all.

We welcome our monthly guest, Nichole Ferro, EYT-500 on learning to align your life with your menstrual cycle on Thursday, October 29 at 10am.

Adjusting to Motherhood Online Support Group: Evening Edition, monthly

This online drop-in support group is ideal for mamas who have returned to work outside of the home, and are in search of community and support. Participants have the flexibility to come and go as they please.

This group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5PM. Complimentary service for all.

Navigating DADhood, Online Support Group for Dads, Monthly

This online drop-in support group is ideal for fathers who wish to connect with other dads. Participants have the flexibility to come and go as they please.

This group meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 5PM. Complimentary service for all.

Walk & Talk Outdoor Support Group, weekly
